1 - Definitions

All clients who may become part of the VE Consultoria website will be divided into:

"Visitor" refers to any person who enters the Site.

The "User" is the person who registers to use the services of the Site.

"Subscribing User" is one who pays for a subscription to have access to a greater number of features.

2 - Object

VE Consultoria provides its Users with a platform with different services, in order to facilitate their access to general legal information such as:

3 - Registration on the Site

All Visitors can register on the Website to become Users. By registering, the Visitor guarantees that they have sufficient legal capacity to register and, if they wish to do so, to enter into a contract.

Each username and password are unique to each User, and the User is solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of their username and password.

The User is solely responsible for the management of their account and for the consequences of the fraudulent or non-fraudulent use of their account and/or their credentials by a third party.

The User guarantees the veracity of the information provided for registration and assumes full responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the provision of incorrect or untrue information.

Registration implies acceptance by the User of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.

VE Consultoria reserves the right to delete the accounts of Users who violate these General Terms and Conditions of Use, especially if incorrect information is provided at the time of registration.

The approval of the "Visitor" makes them a "User" on the Website, allowing the "User" to begin accessing information and content.

4 - Use of the Service

Any approved User can subscribe to the services, becoming a Subscribing User on the Site.

Subscription allows access to the following Services (in addition to those accessible to Users):

Access to documents made available in their name;

Access to upload documents;

In addition to the content you own on this Website, under these Terms, VE Consultoria and/or its licensors own and reserve all intellectual property rights of this Website. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms and Conditions, for purposes of viewing the content contained on this Website.

6 - General Provisions
