We collect and use some personal data belonging to those who use our application/website. In doing so, we act as the controller of this data and are subject to the provisions of Federal Law nº 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – LGPD).

1 - Who should use our application/website

Our application/website should only be used by individuals over eighteen years of age. Therefore, children and adolescents should not use it.

Our application/website collects and uses some personal data of our users, in accordance with the provisions in this section.

1 - Personal data expressly provided by the user.

We collect the following personal data that our users expressly provide to us when using our application:  

• Full Name;

• Email;  

• State (UF);

• Phone Number;

• Country;

• Interest (service).

The collection of this data occurs at the following times:

• When accessing a specific page with the intention of requesting contact on the platform/website to become a VE Consultoria client.

The data provided by our users is collected for the following purposes:

• To contact those interested in contracting the services offered by VE Consultoria.

 

2 - Sensitive Data

Sensitive data of our users, as defined in articles 11 et seq. of the Personal Data Protection Law, will not be collected. Thus, there will be no collection of data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, affiliation with a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical, or political nature, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.  

 

3 - Collection of data not expressly foreseen  

Occasionally, other types of data not expressly foreseen in this Privacy Policy may be collected, provided that they are provided with the user's consent, or that the collection is permitted based on another legal basis provided for by law.

In any case, the collection of data and the resulting processing activities will be informed to the users of the application/website.

3 - Sharing of personal data with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties. However, it is possible that we may do so to comply with a legal or regulatory determination, or to comply with an order issued by a public authority.

4 - How long your data will be stored

The personal data collected by the application/website is stored and used for a period of time that corresponds to what is necessary to achieve the purposes listed in this document and that considers the rights of its holders, the rights of the application/website controller, and the applicable legal or regulatory provisions.  

Once the storage periods for personal data have expired, they are removed from our databases or anonymized, except for data where there is the possibility or need for storage due to legal or regulatory provisions.

Each personal data processing operation must have a legal basis, that is, a legal justification that authorizes it, provided for in the General Data Protection Law.

1 – How the data subject can exercise their rights

To ensure that the user who intends to exercise their rights is, in fact, the holder of the personal data subject of the request, we may request documents or other information that may assist in their correct identification, in order to safeguard our rights and the rights of third parties. However, this will only be done if it is absolutely necessary, and the requester will receive all related information.

We employ technical and organizational measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, leakage, or alteration of this data.  

The measures we use take into account the nature of the data, the context and purpose of the processing, the risks that a potential violation would generate for the user's rights and freedoms, and the standards currently employed in the market by companies similar to ours.

Among the security measures we adopt, we highlight the following:  

Our data encryption in transit uses HTTPS, TLS 1.2+, and automatic SSL, while data at rest uses AES-256.

Even though we take all measures within our reach to prevent security incidents, it is possible that a problem may occur exclusively due to a third party – such as in the case of hacker or cracker attacks, or even in the case of the user's exclusive fault, which occurs, for example, when they themselves transfer their data to a third party. Thus, although we are generally responsible for the personal data we process, we disclaim responsibility if an exceptional situation such as these occurs, over which we have no control.

In any case, should any type of security incident occur that may generate significant risk or damage to any of our users, we will notify the affected parties and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) about what happened, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law.

7 - Changes to this policy

The current version of this Privacy Policy was last updated on: 01/26/2024.

We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time, especially to adapt them to any changes made to our application/website, whether by making new features available, or by suppressing or modifying existing ones.  

Whenever there is a modification, our users will be notified of the change.
